USD 305 Flooring Project Bid

The board of education approved the bid of Ritter Tile Shop, Inc. in the amount of $137,258 to replace flooring at Coronado, Hageman, Heusner, Sunset and South Middle School.

Food and Nutrition Chemical Products and Services Bid

The board of education approved the chemical products and services bid to BD4 Distributing, Inc. in the amount of $24,167.80.

Renewal of Durham School Services Contract

The board of education approved the first option year of the existing Durham School Services contract to run from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.

Heartland Child Care Contracts

The board of education approved the Heartland Child Care Partnership Contracts.

Superintendent's Report

Dr. James Hardy, superintendent of schools, attended the CKCIE Board of Control meeting and the Salina Adult Education Center's English as a Second Language (ESL) celebration. Dr. Hardy complimented the human resources department and Eryn Wright, executive director, for coordinating the district job fair that will be held on Saturday, June 30. He reported on the outcome of the court ruling on Gannon VI and complimented the board for completing a successful retreat.
